Refund Policy

At Bridge Academy College of Media and Fine Arts, we are committed to offering quality education and support. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which fee refunds may be considered for our programs and services.

1. Non-Refundable Fees

• Registration fees and admission processing charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Fees paid for short-term workshops, guest sessions, or special events are also non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be processed only under the following conditions:

• If the course is cancelled by Bridge Academy before the commencement date
• If a duplicate payment was made due to a technical error
• If the student withdraws before the batch starts and provides a written request with valid reasons (subject to review)

3. Refund Process

If your request meets the eligibility criteria:

• You must submit a formal refund request via email to info@bridgeacademy.in
• The request must include payment details, reason for refund, and valid supporting documents if applicable
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days

4. No Refunds After Course Commencement

Once the course or batch has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including withdrawal, absence, or dissatisfaction with the course content.

5. Mode of Refund

All refunds, where applicable, will be credited back through the original payment method or via NEFT to the student’s bank account. No cash refunds will be made.

6. Changes to Refund Policy

Bridge Academy reserves the right to revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Please review it periodically for updates.
